My mission as a Mental Health and Mindset Coach and DBT Skills Trainer is to help people raise their vibration and enjoy the pleasures of their emotional life without being controlled by it. My biggest achievement has been overcoming my own mental health challenges, and I now use my background in theater, philosophy, yoga, and mindfulness to support others in doing the same.
For over 20 years I’ve been a yoga practitioner, and I spent 4 years traveling through Asia studying yoga and self-discovery practices. I often weave yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and even elements of Kabbalah into my coaching, alongside somatic movement and creativity drawn from my theater training.
It is my passion to help those struggling with stress, burnout, loneliness, anxiety, ADHD, and depression to radically shift their mindset and reconnect with joy, peace, and purpose. Whether through one-on-one coaching or private retreats, I love helping clients find focus, overcome procrastination, and stay accountable to their goals so they can step fully into their dreams.
